That makes sense, considering she came from the world of interior design—and was co-host of a hit HGTV design series. She founded Tracy Taylor Ward Design over a decade ago, combining her appreciation for effortlessly elegant spaces with her knack for producing extraordinary events. She has offices in both New York City and South Florida where her team also creates in-house stationery and floral designs. Tracy’s award-winning firm has been featured in Vogue, The New York Times, Town and Country, Martha Stewart Weddings and more.

Everyone needs that friend that has nailed the ability to stay cool under pressure. That’s Shannon. The candid and creative Shannon Leahy Rosenbaum is the consummate professional you need in your corner. With offices in both California and Maryland, her company Shannon Leahy Events specializes in one-of-a-kind destination weddings featuring the most epic experiences. She lives for clean-line design and an Instagram-worthy environment. Shannon has been named one of the top wedding and event planners in the world by Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides, and Harper’s Bazaar.

So, What’s Our Story?
Around year five in our businesses we individually realized that we had been spending a scary amount of time on repetitive tasks—like writing the same emails, creating the same documents and generally doing the same things over and over and over again. And then it “clicked.” There had to be a better way. That’s when we both set out to create the ultimate in-house systems to make our brands the most efficient and best they could be.
what we didn't know was...
By building these systems, we had gone from small-scale entrepreneurs to leaders of internationally recognized businesses. With our efficiency increased ten-fold we could finally take more time to work on our businesses instead of in our businesses. What a relief! It was incredibly exciting that the framework we each created was not only allowing us to build out our teams, but also ensuring that we could maintain the level of service we had become well-known for!
It’s no secret that we’ve been in the industry for a combined two decades. (Wild, right?) We’ve worked with tons of incredible clients to create larger-than-life, highly personalized events around the globe. We’ve turned clients into friends...and we’ve shut down a dance floor or two with them along the way. But we didn’t just end up here…
OUR Growth REALLY BEGAN THE MOMENT WE FINALLY DECIDED TO STOP DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
Then the people we work with really started to take notice. ANd our referraLS exploded.
We both heard countless times from vendors and venues that our practices were head and shoulders above the rest in the industry, and that our teams were the kindest and most well-oiled machines. From Meadowood in Napa Valley..."I have worked with every top planner in the business and can count on one hand the number of planners who have systems in place like your team." To the Parrish Art Museum in the Hamptons ... “We are always blown away by your incredibly proficient (and sweet!) team and the extraordinary level of taste and organization you bring to the table." Finally, when we became friends we started comparing notes...and guess what? We got even better!
A Dynamic Duo Is Born!
Even though it feels like we’ve known each other since our college a cappella days (yup—we both sang during university!), we actually met in 2020 after many years of admiring each other’s work from afar. And not surprisingly, we became fast friends. Over countless phone calls we gushed over our love of systems and efficiency. We realized how alike we are...and how incredibly different. Opposites attract, right? Then, following many entertaining discussions and exciting developments, Wedded was born.

After years of trial and error, tears and laughter, and more bottles of wine than we care to admit, we want to share what we’ve learned with you! You know when you ask someone where they got their outfit from and they pretend they forgot? We’re not those kind of women. We’re here to share our wealth of knowledge, and most importantly, help you avoid all of the mistakes we made so you can reach your dream clients and elevate your company as effortlessly as possible!
